Crossroad Events was founded by Ron Molhuijsen. He has 30 years of experience in commercial management roles at SME’s, corporates and start-ups. Mostly in the field of retail, logistics, direct marketing and e-commerce.

During those years he has executed a lot of programs around strategy, transformation, team building and training. Often in an environment of coaches, trainers and consultants.

All good mentorship and guidance, but it often lacked a full focussed process. A single day brainstorm or 2-day strategy meeting doesn’t do the trick when the office is nearby and your phone is standby. Distraction because of ‘day to day hassle’ is killing for a good process.

Even the more serious company outings need useful relaxing and activities. For clearing your mind, 1-on-1 moments and it’s good for team building.
