Of course, our initial conversations are free of charge and will be handled with complete confidentiality.
We begin the orientation based on your specific challenge. We examine the goal and the process you follow to achieve it. We also take into account the company, the people, and the desired atmosphere. Based on this, we create a conceptual proposal, outlining various (travel) elements that could align with the content of your program.
Do you want to push yourself to the limit in survival mode (and confront yourself in the process), or would you rather work on the new strategic direction in a relaxed, close-knit team setting?
Either way… nothing is mandatory, everything is possible.
Brainstorm & proposal
After our first meeting there will be a more specific briefing and brainstorm. When we have the theme, program, goals and other necessary items in scope, then you will receive our proposal. Depending ondernemer the briefing and brainstorm, this proposal will be a concrete offer or a first draft for further discussion and fine tuning.
We will give you all backgrounds on our ideas and choices. You’ll get a good overview of the journey, accommodation, atmosphere and activities. Provided with the first practical (mandatory) travel information. A price quotation is of course part of this stage.
Organization & local guidance
After agreement on the program and itinerary we will work out all details and start necessary preparations. We will keep you informed about the steps we are making. Final reservations will always be made after your agreement because of the cost to be made at that moment.
We will inform you about all details regarding your tickets, accommodation, hospitality, activities, local information and advise on what to bring. We will discuss everything before your departure and you will receive a digital and hardcopy of your itinerary.
If needed, we can also provide local guidance. We will relieve you from managing your local traveling, searching, and organizational stuff. We will accompany you on demand or throughout your whole stay.
